Does anyone know why there is no lightweight battery as it was option on 991.1RS ?

No just informed an allocation will be available if I want one next month and off the cuff SA stated 50 to 100K over MSRP.

I think paying 50K over is a bit much let alone 100K. Then again I absolutely refused to pay over MSRP for a GT3 for several months and we all know how that wound up (20K over).

Keep in mind that follows 991.1 RS production numbers. Also keep in mind that is global production quote not US production. 991.1 RS production wasn't 6000+ cars in US. Actual US deliveries are quoted under 2,000 units.

I don't believe it's the reason. I had the LWB on my car and there was no problem with RWS.
The "power" of LWB and regular battery is the same.

Car comes with 2 batterys, with satandard and LWB. It's not the problem to change it for winter season
