Having lived and worked in Switzerland, France, and Germany for quite a few years and having worked on projects with people from all across Europe I am a little shocked at how poor the English is on those two. Chairman and head of design and clearly quite uncomfortable with English. Most Europeans I worked with were really strong - the Dutch and Swiss in particular, but also many Germans.

António Sampaio, the UN secretary general is an actual brilliant man smarter than I could ever dream, uses english more time than any other language for years and he can't speak ****e, his english is horrible. I think the quality of the english in Europe is very generation dependent, it's pretty decent in those around 45, but after that it starts to decay. Remember, english was less common to be taught in most european schools, while these people were studying, than latin or greek.
I think we have to wait a little longer. Until we hear something more solid, all these "Initial News" on production numbers creates heartburn and anxiety for many. Realizing there are new emission regulations taking place, plus new models being launch, on top of production location adjustments, just makes us all wonder what the production numbers will be. Hoping that more verifiable news comes into play.
