Will the release of the GT3-RS affect or make the 2018 991.2 GT3 allocations more available or have negligible impact? Will monthly production figures of the GT3 keep decreasing as Porsche ramps up the GT3-RS? What is the expected world-wide GT3 production numbers? Also what are the numbers for the US and Canada?

yes,yes...I make the same on my current RS(i bought one from caerreradecals,and then I put it on),but i prefer to have it from factory...but if is not possible,I know what to do.
My goal is (w/ WP) to get the options you "need", while not going overboard on anything $$ that you don't. I dont need/want a $250k+ car!
I dont plan on selling the car anytime soon, but do want to be conscious of options which will make it a desirable sell down the road should I decide to. FYI, my 991.1 RS has 15,000mi so I do drive'm....
Main quesitons:
- Y/N PCCB
- Y/N Full Leather
- Y/N LED Lights (love the look and performance on my 991.1)
Get full leather, skip the PCCBs and LEDs if you want to stay below $250k.
Get the LED's. If you're going to hold to the car for any length of time you don't want it with old technology headlights. I would get the full leather interior including the dash and Chrono. The car should look like a $225,000 car from the inside as well as the outside.
