Yeah, they should have checked way less boxes if they wanted to try to flip it for $30k over.

The FSBO flipper has been squeezed out of the game. The only guys making ADM's are dealers. Selling a used car for ADM, even delivery miles seems difficult for anyone to do and actually make $$. You'd be lucky to break even. Many of those amateur speculators are getting nervous and moving to Bitcoin or something

Bingo - this feels spot on. Especially once you factor in the cost to CPO the car, reg fees, transport fees, etc.. that's not including sales tax and/or recouping PPF cost if done.. Used .2 are selling above MSRP but still likely at small losses to first owners after all of their "start-up" costs

Should we stick it to the Germans by revoking Hoff's passport??

Why are they so in love with him?? He's more popular there than GT cars are here.

You guys crack me up. STG’s ‘bloated’ pic above made me laugh out loud. There are so many GT3s on the market lately that I’ve lost track. And I’ve learned that many GT3s are not even listed. These greedy dealer builds are just plain *silly. (Or is it that they think their customers are?) They need to learn to keep them basic. Painted air vents. LOL. I shouldn’t be laughing because my build is bloated AF.

*Edit- My apologies for poor choice of words. Corrected.

If the dealer is selling the car, you can bet the earlier owner took a bath, as the dealer is going to factor in all of their costs plus whatever markup they want to make in determining their offer to the earlier owner. If it is a private party sale of a car that originally had a dealer's ADM as part of the price, the earlier owner is still going to take a loss, due to the taxes registration and fees hit ($190,000 original sale price which includes a $25,000 ADM translates to an out-the-door taxes registration and fees of $18,635). Trying to recoup the $18,635 on top of the $25,000 ADM is generally a bridge too far.

Good call. GT silver is rare, PTS is a dime a dozen.

Seems like I've seen more PTS than non PTS or is that just me? I seriously considered it, but in the end it didn't make sense for me. I think for my build it was more if it just being a very classic and easy to take care of color. It looks great on my 991 TTS. I figured in the end you can never go wrong with the color. What is your PTS COLOR?

The PTS crowd is just more gabby.

Never let the vocal minority stand in for the silent majority.

Sorry for back to the topic for a bit
Seems like Rusnak Porsche (westlake) has one configurable GT3.2 for June/July delivery. ADM is 50k. DIdnt try to negotiate.
They have another one coming in April. Dont know about the ADM for this one.

.

I think they were asking for that price when Gt3 just rolled out. I am not sure who they are trying to hook. Can't even imagine the ADM for .2 RS build, probably at least 100-150 K.
