Three Wheelin'
a month and a half and 500 miles (first month was very limited waiting for PPF appointment). While I have a daily driver, I plan on daily driving this as I love it so much. Its very liveable as a daily to me.

The GT's are Wonderfull cars for car guys generally not for investors or non car guys. This thread can add fuel to the fire that it's time to get out and all could/will feel that impact. Some dealers already are concerned by some portion of buyers for buying these cars for the wrong reasons. It will settle out but ADM should be over.

As someone looking to purchase a GT3 or GT3RS, I'm happy to see market glut. There were 55 GT3/GT3RS for sale in AT (Canada) last time I looked, which seems proportionally more than the 200 someone above mentioned are for sale in the US. A lot of dealer inventory. I started looking back in late Oct, early Nov and list prices have dropped $20-30K on 2018's but, even with the drop I would say they are still $20-30K over MSRP. The market can glut even more as far as I'm concerned so these dealers feel some pressure.

I've seen cars moving somewhere around 50-60 over. Some for more, some for less.

An interesting question (although un verifiable) would be how many of the for sale car owners have owned a significant number of Porsche's or was it there first one. Another driver of sales are those that got a GT3 then get an allocation for an RS. The ADM's in pre-owned may reflect some number who paid ADM and are trying to recover. Seems like at this point the cars are worth MSRP. With higher supply some buyers have no sense of urgency which is what may be missing in this market. Another point is it is winter. Not much fun to buy a car and store it for 90 days.

Great thread....The dynamics of GT car marketing and behavior of consumers is a worthy of a marketing study....lots of moving parts and applied psychology....enjoyable to read all these posts and also analyze....great forum for the most part other than the occasional verbal "attacks" that defines society today.....

Is this what they call a "value" thread?.. because there is some fully entertaining ownage going on. Maybe we could morph it into a "who has had more fun with their gt3" thread.. pictures only, no words style.
