Passing along what i know as I am not in market...
Beverly Hills has a Brand new white 2018 gt3 manual w/ 160k sticker thats been there for a month or more. I am guessing they'll let it go for 10k over, 20k ask. Sam is great there
Porsche south bay has a gt3 manual 217k MSRP pts houndstooth interior w/ 2500 miles they would sell for sticker easy and probably 10k under. Paul is great there.

1) 154k used white manual gt3 at sticker. BH used
2) 10k adm, 160k sticker manual gt3 new BH
3) 10k below 217k sticker pts/houndstooth at south bay. Straight up offer them 200k and see what happens...
I mean who is steeping up here? lol This gt3 market is tanking faster than the Nasdaq
Very simple. Why do I pay adm? Oh because there are more cars then buyers. THIS JUST IN: NOT ANYMORE FOLKS!

Is this just a wish and a prayer to try to make people think,that they need to unload them at below market values? I have a handful of unsolicited offers, by both dealerships and individuals for my vehicle, at more than 15% of my original MSRP.

I sold my GT3 to the dealer for MSRP back in September and they sold it quickly for 15-20k over. They then took 3 other ones (don't know what they paid) and they have been sitting on those ones for over a month now. It is definitely getting softer out there. I think the dealer is asking around 10-20k over for these used ones.
