Maybe not color, but definitely for the bigger size.
Seems like most get it for brake dust. Those that actually need / use the best braking performance (on track) tend to steer clear of the PCCB for running costs reasons.

Lots of production it seems, given that it's been only 3 months or so. At 200 cars/month total production run is in the 5000 or so range.
I would expect the same for the RS.
doubtful.
with the gt2rs, .2 gt3rs, and maybe new gt4 all around the corner, factory doesn't have the capability to make 200 only gt3 cars a month. that number will drop once new gt products start manufacturing
Unlike the white, silver, black and red 'variation' categorization, the blues in the 'blue variation' are so different from one another I wouldn't put them in the same bucket. MB, SBM, and GBM all look completely different compared to white and CWM for example.
This is only 2 months of production. September was around 370 cars alone. It looks like October will be a little less. I have no doubt that they could build 300 GT3's and 100 or so GT2's per month.
Correct me if I'm wrong but don't all new GT3's have light weight glass now rather than lexan? This was one of the limiting production steps in the GT3 as the lexan was installed manually rather than by robot. I don't think there are any other special production stops for the GT3 now. The GT2RS will likely still have the manual fender install.

I'm generalizing with the colors to show just how popular certain shades are. You see white GT3 cars everywhere and I wondered to myself how many make up a percentage as overall total.
I agree... Graphite Blue is more Grey than Blue...
