The OP numbers are for about 7 weeks of production for North America only, finished built cars not all yet shipped or delivered. You can't really extrapolate based on this data because they are producing mostly for NA right now and at some point they will shift to production for other areas. Maybe they are building 90%NA and 10%ROW right now but that will shift and production to NA will drop off. Also as GT2RS production starts they may decrease GT3 production or maybe they won't.

That table above is a very very rough guess.

Since I created the table for WW production, I’ll chime in: Unless Porsche ramps production > 18 GT models per day and builds GT cars past Dec ‘18, what would materially alter the results in the table?

Amazing stats; so cool to see how people are ordering their cars and the numbers produced. Did you guys do this for the RS? I thought this was where the North American numbers for the RS came in around 1300?

did not know so many people ordered the black LED headlights. is there much difference between black and regular LED? anyone have side by side pics?

Wow! Thought Miami blue, carmine and graphite blue metallic would be higher, but 120 white cars is just crazy too me.
SC numbers are really high too. I thought people hated the wart.

The wart, at least to me, is the unsightly clock on the 997 models. I actually like the design of the Sport Chrono on the 991 series. It's night and day IMO.

I'm not saying the SC is USEFUL, but it does break up an otherwise barren looking dash. YMMV.

85% going with the Chevy Suburban sized fuel tank. Surprising for a track ready high performance car. Not like there isn't a gas station every few miles. Perhaps for Touring model.... Just my $0.02

The big tank is there *for* people who track.

Drifting

Lots of people prefer the SC. The ones that don’t are just really vocal about it.

Particularly the 991 SC clock looks good, breaks up the dash, and looks sporty and fitting in a GT car, less so in a boxster or cayenne.

I’ve gotten it with both GT3, and will spec it on my next one.

I wouldn’t get a car with a small tank.
We didn’t have the option in the 997 and it was a PTS to have to fill up every single track session.

You don’t have to keep it full all the time ...
I don’t understand why it’s even an option, must have something to do with advertised weight with a full tank or something.
