FWIW... the Porsche build sheets don't include the value of CXX (I've confirmed with a couple of my own cars as well). Presumably that is 1 reason folks know of higher value invoiced cars than what is showing up in the stats.

Yes, but will show up on the monroney sticker and reflect total cost. Must be added at the port together with gg tax?

anyone know why when I put my vin into vin-analytic and the Porsche dealer-site, it never finds my car? I've had the car since last may

PCNA doesn't publish all VIN's to its locator so it may not show up in VinAnalytics or through the dealer site which uses the same resource.

thanks Pors9.

this is very interesting, i was wondering why as well. I have a number of R entered into the database that don’t pull up on the dealer site. Why would PCNA not publish a customer delivered vin in the locator? Are these ghost vins dealer spec’d or demo cars?
thanks Pors9.

Someone mentioned that some VINs with CXX did not show up for whatever reason.
I also noticed that there are a number of cars with errors on the window sticker which have the wrong gas guzzler tax, but I am not sure if that is related or not.

These numbers are effectively as of 01/31/19. Since GT3 production is slated to end in March, any speculation as to...
1. Will the numbers for February be higher than January, or less?
2. When is the last day of production?
As always, thanks for the hard work you guys are putting in to get us intel on these cars!

You both are in the neighborhood, even with Dot23RS's generous over/under. I'll throw in a guess at 3,218 GT3's for the final count.

I've yet to hear any conclusive reason why production ends in March. Why not April or December? Why can't production continue for 2019 and lessen the quantity of GT cars due to 992/GT4/Speedster production?
Finally, it would seem that there is an overall plan by PAG to have certain #s produced. It would seem absurd that they just continue month after month producing until they feel the market is saturated or will hinder market value/customer demand.
