Thanks again for putting these stats together. Still amazed so many went with chalk. It really was low on my ratings until I started to see real-world pictures of them which look fantastic.
I have to admit my builds went Chalk, Sapphire Blue, Miami Blue then settled on Black (I've always had black or blue cars).
is it safe to say there will be about <2000 cars build for the US market w/ an expected end of production in 12/18?
How do you come up with that? If you assume they don't build anymore cars in 2019, I think you'll have about 4,000 North America GT3s (assuming 250/mo next year).

pure speculation on my part. I hope they build 4000 cars so we can end this bull$hit ADM and flippers, but 4000 sounds like a lot a lot. all I have to say is build baby build! lol
Here's the last update before Christmas. Loess dug up a few more cars since the weekend but its clear production of North American cars is slowing down. Why? Not sure it could be that the factory is focusing on other ROW (Rest of World) production or getting ready for other models...not sure. My personal car won't hit production until January 5th so its clear there will be more North American cars coming. Manuals are now outpacing PDK cars...we love both though right?
Special mention to the 1 guy who selected option P77 Radio Delete; you sir are hardcore! And a special shout out to those selecting Guards Red. This color seems to be making a resurgence and has now slotted into 2nd spot behind Chalk.
Next update will be in the New Year. Hopefully Santa brings a few of you some GT3's on Christmas Day. Stay safe, hug your family and have a great holiday.
Thanks for continuing to compile this great information, CamsPorsche! Keep up the good work for 2018!!

Lots of GT3s built, 4-5k.
I'm not even on a list and my dealer offered me one.

I'm not sure they can maintain 250 GT3's produced per month for the entire year 2018.
There are just too many other cars (straight 911's, GT2 RS, Boxster, Cayman) they need to put through the same assembly line. It's the old 10 lbs in a 5 pound bag thing.
Also, how long will the market remain hot for the GT3? A very expensive car even without the ADM.

4-5K total world, I can see that
4-5K for NA market? not bloody likely
but I hope I'm wrong. considering all the new cars they have to pump out next year, I just can't imagine they keep the pace of 200-300 cars a month for NA market.
going to be an exciting year for us! hope everyone gets a car

Is there a limit they can build due to EPA/Euro quotas? I thought I heard somewhere that the European system means they can only build a certain percentage of cars that are high emissions (or whatever they are monitoring)?
