Default 991.1 GT3 techometer at idle

Hi everyone,

I have recently purchased a CPO-ed 991.1 GT3 (2015 model) and have been enjoying it immensely. However, there is one little thing that's been bugging me. When the car is sitting idle, the tachometer always fluctuates ever so slightly, never sitting steady like my previous 991S. The car otherwise drives fine. Not sure if it is normal for all GT3s or it is something I should bring it in to have it looked at.

Thanks,

Normal... Yours doesn't make a bunch of noise near the transmission at idle, does it? j/k GT3... Enjoy!

It's Porsche's "lumpy idle".

All this time I thought it was artificially German engineered "camming".
