Will probably create understeer w/o some front end adjustments.
Many are running " flat " wing setting already, i.e. we can add more DF with a simple wing fix but many have chosen not to.
On the Ring ( Manthey's back yard ) it may be a different story given the higher average speeds.

I think its 10 or 12 bolts if I remember correctly. Yes, very easy, would just have to jack the rear up a bit to get more room to wrench. Some long tube headers might need trimming, but stock exhaust will not require any work. Also, FYI, the PDK trans cooler area has to be cut out to get air to it, 911R has manual and different trans bottom cooling.

I had it installed in June. I was worried about needing to add some dive planes up front to avoid understeer, but I haven't noted it. I have the wing, the sway bars and alignment favoring oversteer so the added rear downforce at higher speeds may be neutralized. I do like the look. Cost with install was $800. I have not noticed any ground clearance issues.

If so it would surprise me if you didn't hit the diffuser fins on gutters and speed bumps.
