I wish there was some logic to the order in which these are getting approved. Whatever it is, it's not based on order date, or production date. Why would a second round April build get approved ahead of a first round March build? VIP's should have all been approved first, that's the only logic so far.
May be difficult to determine without enough data points, but it seems plausible that delays in approval are related to the specific paint color. CXX options are generally approved or disapproved through Exclusive almost immediately. But I wonder if even paint colors on the approved PTS list require PAG to re-determine or re-confirm availability from paint supplier and the ability of outsourced components to be painted in the specified color. I do not believe that capacity or any customer priority are involved in any delay.

Curious if other gelbgrun orders also complete around 2/16 - same with other colors. Is it possible they are producing them in color "batches"? With the most popular PTS colors first?
