I had a little over the handlebars today at Rockville and true to it’s name there were rocks where I landed. This was through my kneepad.

gnarly, brings back memories.
i used to have GALLONS of hydrogen peroxide at home. sit in tub pour 1/2 gallon on it. let it sizzle. then hose it down with water. wash clean, slather on triple anit biotic cream.....

Thanks I ended up going for the stitches instead of the DIY, feels pretty good now.

Thanks, funny thing is the knee pad seems fine other than being soaked in blood. As far as I can tell it was sort of a burst out where the knee fat busted out of the skin due to too much pressure when it landed on the rock or something? Is that a thing? Maybe I need to take it easy on the snacks.

Knee fat??? They look normal to me....(meaning size - not bloody coating)!!

gong to have 7-8 days of rain....
took the antique out just before the storm for a long drive...
then cleaned up and put away for the next adventure...
