Although I like how you think you should be prepared to be dissappointed. In my somewhat limited experience dealing with Exclusive mechanical changes will never happen. It's all about cosmetics and even there they deny things. For instance I tried to get my cage painted in body color on my current car but that was denied along with some other minor cosmetic things.
That said it would be great if you could get them to do your "crazy" options
