Sorry for the delay in responding. Other matters had to take precedent for a few weeks.

Summary in no particular order.

Still waiting for certain OE parts that have not been released.

Pulleys
Reviewed all pulley and the only one worth action was the water pulley. Original weight: 583 grams. Weight reduction: approximately 68% but this is rotating weight.

One Piece Forged Magnesium Wheels
Design Underway. Wheels Expected March/April. Color choice will be available.

Rear Engine Lid
Metal tooling for carbon fiber parts complete within one week.

Rear Wing
Metal tooling for carbon fiber parts complete within 10 days.

Side Skirts
Scanning and CAD completed. Expect Metal tooling for carbon fiber parts with 3 weeks.

Front and Rear Facia
Scanning and CAD completed. Expect Metal tooling for carbon fiber parts with 4 weeks.

Brakes
Calipers under review. Lithium aluminum versions by first quarter of next year.

Clutch
Clutch under review. Missing OE component received 10/3. Carbon versions by first quarter of next year.

Titanium Springs
First sets complete.

Oil Tank
Engineering for carbon fiber version begun.

Titanium Trunk Hinges
Almost Complete.

Titanium Engine Lid Hinges
Almost Complete.

Carbon Fiber Anti Roll Bars
Engineering begun.

Rear Axles and CVs
Engineering begun. Remaining missing OE components received 10/3.

Front and Rear Uprights
Engineering begun. Looking to make from cast nano aluminum metal matrix composite. Approximately one year.

Alternator and Starter
Dynoed.

Lightweight Hose Kit
March 2017.

Titanium Fastener Kit
March 2017.

Titanium Prop Rod Kit including Holder and Base
March 2017.

Exhaust System
Inconel, titanium and ceramic systems and combination systems being reviewed.

Ceramic Wheel Bearings
Engineering begun.

Front and Rear Drop Links
Engineering Begun.

Front Tie Rods
Engineering begun.

Items not listed above have either not been started in engineering or originals not yet received.

These tools can be used to make multiple carbon fiber parts. Metal tooling generally will make better ad more parts than composite tooling.
