Good review/comparison Test - (Warning in German)..... including lap record... (as expected)
Was reading also a written review yesterday and a very interesting observation was that during break testing the low temperatures of the test day they did not get the breaks to working temperature given the effectiveness of the ducts... (latest AutoBild Sportscar) - and 2 seconds faster with the special Cup tires on their test track.... (slower than a 720 though on acceleration)...

back on Cup2 tires:

Cup2 N0 (Eco / 918 Spec)
Cup2 N1 (991.1 GT3 + RS Spec)
Cup2 N2 (991.2 GT3 + RS + GT2RS Spec)

Cup2 ZP (special road registration needed for MB GT R and Z06)
Cup2 R (the new best Cup2 tire - which was mounted on the GT2RS in Hockenheim (and i THINK also on the NOS car. but whoopsy is well informned and the .2GT3RS doing "just" 10sek slower... mhh. maybe 6.47 where really Cup2 N2...)

a dedicated Cup2 for the Pista (maybe the R) is also in development.

did i get something wrong? please correct in case.

FWIW: I believe that the Nordschleife might be maybe 2s+ faster now thanks to the winters repaving.

^^^ Nice! So it beats McLaren 720 even with regular Cup 2s. I could not read what they meant by "Track" tires - special Cup2s or Trofeos or something else?

that much? Wow. It was just new tarmac right this year not a corner reprofile like flugplatz a few years ago.

Well, I'm not an expert on estimating stuff like this so I'm guessing. Of course it might be 2 seconds for me but maybe 0.5s for Lars Kern

Hatzenbach 1 no longer has the bump that before unsettled the car so you can definitely go faster there.

New tarmac in Hohe Acht definitely faster and safer.

And the tarmac in Brünnchen 1 also enables higher entrance speed and safer approach.

And the GT2RS flipping has already began with someone posting up a build car coming over soon for $560k. Let's see, GT3 $175k + GT3RS $225k +.2GT4/RS $120k < $560k.

There is an edge where the new tarmac meets the old tarmac at all three places. Might unsettle the car in the wet.

Have fun!

Almost Right

245/35-20 and 305/30-20 MPSC2
N0 rating = 991.1 GT3
N1 rating = 991.2 GT3

265/35-20 and 325/30-21 MPSC2
N0 rating = 918 Spyder
N1 rating = 991.1 GT3 RS
N2 rating = 991.2 GT2 RS / 991.2 GT3 RS
