Here in USA, when you take delivery and something is lacking, dealer issues an "I Owe You Note", albeit a missing part or damaged one that will be replaced when available. Good luck and congrats on your new Toy.

Hi,
For steering wheel mine been delivered with a plastic one and my garage will reply to me on Monday about this issue.
Please note that they also were running out of fire extinguisher

Here in the USA that is an option and not part of the WP. Fire extinguisher here is US$140.00 option (Code 509).
