If Porsche rescind on the offers they have made the USA, UAE and Europe I believe action will immediately turn legal.
The GT3 action group have been approached by 3-4 solicitors now some offering to act pro bono (UK) and others for class action (USA). At this time we have thanked all who have offered but we are not talking a legal stance until such time the 120 members of the group should decide otherwise.
PAG need to pull finger this week or risk this thing spiralling to new depths IMO.

Peace thru strength? What a concept. I thought if we just totally dis-arm everyone will do the same and we will have a utopian world. I heard it on TV from the politician, he promised.

A number of our group asked for the offer in writing (so they had something to fall back on should it be needed) and all were told it was only verbal at this time but they were given absolute assurances it would be honoured.

Porsche Cars GB record every conversation they have with customers. In matters like this, I have taken to making my own recordings as well. Although it may be inadmissible as evidence, it's easier to make notes from afterwards.

Damn I'm in the UK group that has a completed car sitting in Germany. So I'm missing out on about £8k vs someone that had one shipped but not delivered!!!
