Do we know how many total GT3's and 3rs have been produced but yet to be delivered? Is 364 cars 50%, 70% All of them?

Mine delayed till April as well, Left Halifax yesterday and due in Houston 12/18/18. Hopefully we get an explanation soon, not that it will change things.

not a single GT3RS has been completed since 12/7 which is very unusual. My 3RS has been scheduled for completion tomorrow since June. When I called yesterday they said my new expected completion is 12/14-12/21 and expected dealer delivery was also delayed by one week. Did not mention anything about a serious delay.
I’ll call PCNA again tomorrow and my dealer as well.

If there is a parts related fix, they need to develop the new part. They need to test it to make sure it works as improvement designed, they then need to ship 20-30% more than that, and formally put info to service techs and port workers. No quick fix but they do it as fast as possible.

Mine is supposed to go into body shop tomorrow (14th). Don't know if that is delayed, can't be really bothered to find out, it will get here when it gets here.

I'm not in any rush to get the car and the last thing I want is for the car to go up in flames because there was an oil leak. I want the problem to be addressed and corrected before I get the car. I just found it interesting how they came up with the exact number of GT cars effected.
Looks like my RS is effected on by this (a total of 364 GT3 & GT3RS cars in total) and the delivery date is pushed out to 4/5/19 instead of late Dec/early Jan. See the information that my SA sent me today.....

The following has been posted to PPN. A number of affected have already been updated in PVMS; as not all GT’s are affected, please check yours for status. We are working on a communication for customers affected by this action.

Have to say my experience with Porsche in general has been horrible. Worst customer experience ever, especially considering I’m a current 991 owner buying a $250k car. With that said Linda at the 800 number (who I have only spoken to once) was amazing. One person can make the entire buying process different.
