Any cars already delivered which may also be affected? And, is there a VIN # check range anywhere - for cars recently delivered.

There is no tool to check your VIN and it doesn't seem that this will affect already delivered cars.

Guys:
My car came in via Goodwood on 12/8 to JAX and got to Hennessey in Atlanta yesterday. I took delivery today!!
I feel very lucky that it made it with the correct carbon hood and Michelins.
Sorry about the hold up on your cars. Hope you get them soon.

‘my dealer sent me the schedule from the system. It states 4/5 for dealer inventory. I’ll try to call on Monday.

thanks. So far it seems the hold is still ongoing and affects the majority, if not all of November 3RS builds. Does not seem to have affected October or December builds. My 3RS should have finished Friday but now PCNA says 12/21 with the same expected Feb 22nd delivery date.
we’ll see how this plays out but the more confirmations of cars delayed or not the better we can narrow down the affected batch.

mine is delayed no answers completion late november it is a 3RS WP, no answer from dealer or PCNA other than delayed. Seems to me that they don't care that much because they know they can sell them anyway. Kind of frustrated as the answer was just that I should be glad that they stand behind the car and admit there is some sort of problem rather than just deliver a "broken" product like ford or chevy...really? does not matter who you are, I have owned every 3RS including 997 4.0, oh well wait and see.

I'm VERY interested to learn if y'all ever find out what the hold is. My Touring sat in Davisville for 6 weeks after the CARB Cert was received. All my dealer or I ever got out of PCNA was that it was "a minor mechanical issue" and they never would say what - only that it was a long lead time part. Both my dealer and the zone rep they had contact with were so frustrated that they gave my me second service for "free," too, as a goodwill gesture.

When I got the car, the only thing that seemed different to me was that the leather on the dash cover looked "different" than on the seats and doors. The tone/gloss was a little different. By the time it got wiped twice with Griot's leather care, it was a perfect match. So, I'm assuming that they had to replace the dash cover. That would be a part with a long lead time...

My car built 11/30, arrived port Emden 12/7 and somehow did not get on Bishu Highway which left 12/12.

Next boat 12/28 UGH. Possibly held in De. to fix closer to factory or just bad luck.

Guess i just have to keep test driving Lambos and Mclarens...

Both dealer in S. Fla and PCNA show my delivery mid January.

Cheers

This seems very odd that it would only affect builds during a certain month. If this is true, it would seem improbable it is a mechanical failure, but maybe something innocuous like software for voice control.

Is it confirmed that it is only GT3 and GT3RS?

I'm interested to see how this plays out.
