Default Dropped PTS? - List your new build/prod schedule

I dropped my PTS slot/request (V180) a few days ago and replaced it with the following:

Color: Carmine Red
Notable options/comments: Manual, Black wheels, PCCB's, Black LED's, lift, buckets (silver stripe and stitch), etc.

Build Status Today: V200
Lock date: 9/22
Completion (V300): 10/13

If you were on the PTS bandwagon and dropped out, what have you now opted for and what build dates have you been given (as per official schedule with commission number on it)?

I'm waiting for official confirmation of PTS price before deciding.
If it's as rumored, I'll likely be back to Sapphire Blue.

Haku, sorry to see you've changed. Was looking forward to finally seeing a 991 in Maritime Blue in the flesh at Smokies GT next spring.

Nevertheless, I'm sure your new GT3.2 will look sinister in CR, and you'll get it months sooner too.

I too was a bit disappointed but the final nail in the coffin was that there was no guarantee that the car would be here by Smokies Spring. That sealed the PTS issue for me.

It's definitely $12,800 in the USA. Got the confirm on Friday which came from PCNA (I made the dealer call to confirm).

What? You dropped out of the
'PTS bandwagon' after all the
hard work we have done here at
Rennlist to load that baby up to
maximum capacity?

I don't know what to say! But
'foolhardy' comes to mind!

I understand. Heard the same on timing; mine probably won't be until after Smokies GT next spring, but I figure what's so bad about keeping what I have a few months more? Certainly life can't be so bad rocking your Lava Orange RS? It's a beaut!

(Can't remember if this one is actually yours, but your get my drift.)

To each his own. One way to look at it... for everyone who drops out, it potentially opens up a slot for someone else who's been wanting it, or if PTS ends up being under-subscribed as a result of the price increase, it will make PTS cars that much rarer, which could be good for those who stick with it.

That is Tony's and it sure is a beauty.
Wanted a final fling at a manual and therefore sold mine a few weeks ago.

Lol!

I would have kept my RS till our Smokies spring event had I known PAG's PTS workings and time delay. Not having a GT car at our event is just not an option and foolhardy or not, bearing that in mind tossing out PTS was an easy decision for me.

Btw, I now think PTS is an overplayed card and will be as common as muck!

I know the PTS price increase sux, but in the grand scheme of things
Why drop the PTS allocation ? Principle ?
I never factored “value” into the decision like the majority on this forum do, but rather my desire for a particular color.
How in the heck would one that desires a green Gt3 obtain W/O PTS ? It seems PAG never offers any Greens in standard/special colors

Can't answer for others and their reasons for dropping, for me it was primarily the uncertain delivery schedule as mentioned on earlier posts.

Same here, I would be happy with GR, but I have been lusting for VG 911 for a very long time....

I'd like to get back on my original topic:

"I dropped my PTS slot/request (V180) a few days ago and replaced it with the following:
