Just picked this up for my father last weekend. Been his dream car and color combo since they came out

75k miles and incredible condition for a 12 year old car.

Yes. That's what they are called on the window sticker for my 2011 Cayman 2.9. What is the significance of the "II"?

Maybe it's for the 2009-2012 model years, the 987.2 designation Boxster and Caymans.

I have a cayman poster from the oem on the coast with surfboards on the roof and that car has what looks like Carrera S II wheels…18’s I think

Only that they were the second Cayman S wheels. First Cayman S wheels were the non split 5 spokes, somewhat of a Fuchs style, that came on the 987.1 Cayman S from 2006 to 2008.
