I will be changing to the OEM version that you are using with Michelin SP4s. The race version is Titan 7 TS5 with Hoosier A7's and the summer setup is Signature SV104 and RE71RS. All have active tire pressure senders. My car is setup for HPDE's although I have only done a few of these. Your car looks very similar to mine. I've got Function First orange motor mount insert and transmission now. Also Numeric shifter and cables along with a Wavetrac LSD.
Sorry, didn't catch this earlier. I'm just on eibach springs. GT3 LCA(-2.5 camber), stock sways with adjustable end links. I also have a numeric shifter and cables and lsd. Fabspeed catted headers and valved exhaust, IPD w/gt3TB, tune and deep sump.
Some new wheels are next up on the list. Just doing autox for now.

Is this the Bilstein / Eibach package that’s advertised? I just discovered a leaking strut on the cayman, and trying to figure out my options for new springs and struts.

It's just stock shocks, the springs were on the car when I bought it.

Interesting to see the different approaches to the same corner. I had fastest outright and PAX-adjusted times, with the blue GT4 in second.

For the non-Minnesotans here, LOON is a Twin-Cities-based unaffiliated club, Lotus Owners Of the North. Not to be confused with the New York State group LOONY which is affiliated with Lotus LTD.

I never did get around to starting a Flickr group for LOON, and probably will not now.

i've found that the lighter the sports car, the better it handles. i'm sure there are exceptions.

Check out the body roll between the R and the GT4. I had a number of GT4's and GT3's in my class, as if they tracked their car, usually they would change to coilovers with more spring rate. bigger swaybars etc. so GT3 class is where they would arrive for motors over 3.3 l. The reason I bring up the body roll is that was the norm for a bunch of cars, usually the top 25 would fit the flat roll from springs, shock valving and swaybars. Two of these guys were repeat Solo National champions. Kinda of a tough crowd like a space race.
