Got my injectors back from WitchHunter. #1 no flow at all before testing. See the chart they give you of before cleaning/changing screens and checking.
$22 per injector and $12 shipping back.
Anxious to put them back in Lagoon and drive as she was clearly running on 3 cylinders to see how it feels now. As in previous posts she felt restricted and now I see why.

Going to put Lagoon up for sale. Have put 2000-3000 miles on her since getting her off the mat. Car runs reliably and is fun to bomb around in. Car is 1 of 2 Lagoon Green 1992 with 220 limited slip option. Leather front seats option(not bad for age)
$ 6000.00 (the motor and trans probably worth nearly that)
Fly in drive home, mail me my antique plate back. I could even be convinced to put a radio in for you to not be bored stiff!
Items completed:
injectors cleaned/tested
New fuel pump
New fuel filter
batwing attachment hardware
swaybar bushings
caliper replacements at all 4 corners with low mileage replacements
new rotors all around(to be fair Centric Chinese rotors), new pads all around, new pad bush/shims(Pcar money grab on these things, Yikes)
flush brake fluid
change flush tranny fluid to synthetic
change flush engine oil to synthetic
drivers door mirror (new motor, replaced broken glass)
donor set of wheels/tires (needs caps)
used hood badge
used tail light
recovered console lid
Only 944 sunroof seals inner & outer
spare tire
jack & hold down
Most immediate needs:
Timing & balance shaft belt
(water pump, rollers etc.. have receipts that have been done in last 10,000 miles)
Repair odomoter gear in speedo
Lights in guage cluster very weak/none
Secondary Items if restoring:
Lots of body work, could use a donor hood IMO
Door seals
Ground effects seals/trim (removed broken up dried up ones)
Needs radio (VDO $175, have not got around to it)
AC clutch/compressor (worked for short while, made lot of noise later)
John, thanks for going as far as you did with saving this special 968. I hope someone gets it who will appreciate how rare it is. As mentioned, 1 of 2 coupes painted in Lagoon green and they did not even make a single cab in this color so you are really talking 1 of 2 of 4,242 in North America. That is rarer then mint green! (1 cab and 2 coupes) And I kinda like the color.
I went to the register to see the color and realized this is the same car. I like the color also. It's funny, I was in Germany several times in '92 and '93, The unique colors for 968's were also worn in the form of men's suits by German businessmen.

Yup, this was one that Jeff did not even have a pick of and had a 928 example on the site. I sent him the pick when the seller sent it to me from his driveway.

Have had several emails and PM's about the car. Here are a few pics that are not that great. I will take some better over the weekend. Drivers side is clearly worst, with large dent rear quarter and door. Pictures are before most of the cleanup but the dents are still there...
Lagoons new owner sent me some pics from her trip to body shop with a panel off re-spray and she is looking Great! Nice work Brendan. A happy ending indeed.
