Just got a PCA notice about this one:

I bought this car in 2019 and have added less than 100 miles. My priorities are changing this year and I will be bringing this one to market. I'm biased but I think it is one of the best examples I have seen in recent years.
The car is very well maintained and fully documented but needs a timing belt (based on time, not mileage) and a reversion of the terrible aftermarket radio to stock. I plan to do both and then figure out next steps - maybe BAT ?

That was my car from a few posts ago above. The dude I sold it to put it on BAT after a couple weeks.
If you add in BAT's buyer premium, the car appreciated in value ~25% over 2 yrs from when I bought it.
No clue if this reflects on the overall market, but if you have a low mileage 6MT with sport seats, it's good news
