2 M030s on eBay...
Talk about the stars aligning. They only produced 99 (39 in 1993) of them and 2 are listed on eBay.
The white one is 1 of 15 (third most popular M030 color)

The Amazon one is 1 of 5 in that color and obviously, 1 of 1 with the magenta interior. Matter a fact, that car color combo is 1 of 1 for all 4,242 North American 968s, coupes and cabs.

Just curious Jeff. Are you saying Porsche only built 99 968s with the M030 option? And only 5 of those M030 cars were Amazon Green? I have one and always assumed it was a pretty common set up.

If so, it also has a bad rare thing. An M030 without a limited slip.

Another interesting fact about your car, it is 1 of 8 M030 1994 968s that are also 718 cars. That means your car was originally born a 1993. Those 8 1994 718 M030s have the Cup1 17" wheels. The other 36 1994 M030s had the Cup2s.
On the otherwise excellent weissach site it incorrectly states that all 94s get the Cup2s.

Now, are you ready for the most amazing 968 M030 production fact of all????
1 of the 99 was a tiptronic!!!!

I knew you would like that one Eric as do I.
It is a black 95 with the marble (light) grey and black interior. Besides the M030 with 17" cup2s it has headlight washers, dual full power 8 way seats, hi-fi sound and a painted rear spoiler. Last seen in Minnesota in 2006.

I'd suspect the reason the white car didn't sell first time around is the mileage. It's high at 160, but as long as it's had the same owner for a while, it's less worrisome because no one can neglect a car that long without something going terribly wrong!
The Amazon car looks awesome - I think I could live with the interior...if the price were lower and I didn't already have an M030...I would consider it. At this point the only thing that could get me out of my car would be something equivalent in a sunshine color

I have a red/black factory M030 6 spped with sport seats and NO 220. I didn't realize it was 1/99 and 1/22. I am thinking of selling...

The white one looks really nice, especially for 162.5k miles on it. If the mechanics checked out, it'd make a great track car for the price. The Amazon car is unique for sure, probably a reason why only one was made with that color combo. I remember when it was for sale just last fall, shame the owner has to part with it so soon.

I remember a few years ago the only two U.S. Audi RS6's ever made in Imola Yellow were both for sale on eBay at the same time. At least I read there were only two made.
How many 968's total came with Magenta? Definitely, umm, weird. I've seen that interior, but not in a 968.
Wouldn't it be such fun to go to the nineties and order a 968 with all the COOL options?
Take care,

I was following that green one. It is an acquired taste for sure. I bit pricey, but certainly worth the cost with the options.
