That Empty Feeling....

Wow! At some point I am sure I will have to do the same thing given the wiring issues in these cars. I am assuming you are going to take it down to the base and fix everything? Either way, what a project! Best of luck!!

A "barn find" that I drove home. It had been in storage for years and had a great deal of weathering. Is/Was a metallic black '94 coupe with cashmere interior, nothing special. Color change and a few mods in mind.
Fun?
Made the dolly. I can't wait until the day I no longer need it!
Everything is out of the car, including the gas tank. I'll go through the wire harness and everythig else as I reassemble the car. The amazing part is how many parts are inside these cars!
Next? Color choice.

Nice dolly indeed! And what a staggering amount of work! Any mouse damage?
I'm also marveling at the strength of your drainage grate. My scissor lift has two wheels in the front and I was concerned they would get too close to the slot drain. Thankfully they don't travel as far as I thought and I still have a good 18" of clearance, but I could only imagine what would happen if they managed to punch through while the car was in the air.

No mouse damage, just a great deal of heat damage and a great deal of filth. I'm not sure how it was stored, but it was not a clean climate controlled area.

I have the hatch and fuel lines left. The body shop will remove the windshield and side glass. Otherwise, that's it. The firewall repair is next followed by the sunroof delete. My only reservation is that the color choice will not be made until the car is in primer....so cast your votes now!

Another option, as you work on the car and get frustrated, hit yourself on the head with a hammer till you see stars, whatever color those stars are, BOOM, that your new color.
