When talking "1 of 1" I think it is a little much to push it from a specific option perspective like sunroof delete. Our cars are rare to begin with and when you get to the option level it is not hard to find some combo that makes them a "1 of 1". For example, I had a guy join the registry last night that has 1 of 2 NA 968s (and I'm talking coupes and cabs, 4,242 of them) with option code XN8 leather sunvisors!!! Pretty cool and rare but I don't know how much it adds to the collectibilty.

Micheal Willhoit is actually very well respected amongst the 928 brethren. He is known for selling very desirable 928 GTS models over the years & is trusted as reputable. I've seen some of his cars & they are top notch. And recently one 928 did sell for over six figures, and there are at least two others available in that range. The prices of the high quality, low mileage, 5 speed, GTS models continues to be strong. The house in the background of his ads is said to be his personal home.
The desire of the 928 less the sunroof is due to it being a standard feature that had to be ordered as sunroof delete to not have it. 928s without a sunroof have a higher interior ceiling with more head room, which is desirable for the tall drivers. I'm 5'9" on a good day & I can attest when I was at a PCA DE earlier this month that would be a desirable feature.
