Thanks. She likes the pure gas from the local Co-op. The interior is linen but the dash is close to light/classic grey.

The gray cab with gray top may be another of my past family. What color is the interior? Any other details? More pics? What has turned Spokayman into a sudden 968 zealot?

I think my 968 is one of only a handful that Bill didn't own previously. Its 1 of 1 but maybe that raises its uniqueness even more? :-)

That is totally hilarious but if true it would not be as rare as SY. 1/16 to be exact. There is a way to know for sure. On the backside of the passenger side rear wheel I inscribed my initial. Go check it out. I'll wait.

After being dormant for a year, it is back alive. Belts, seals, timing chain check, plugs, wires and a power steering repair (again!)

LTC, just in time for spring, oh wait, Montana, spring not for another two months. Nice winter projects. Power steering repairs are a frequent item, unfortunately.

Put new Michelin PS2 N3 tires on the car last Saturday. Curious if I'll like these more than Toyo T1-S's I had before. Initially I was happy with those, but they lost their grip rather fast.

I installed a new voltage regulator into the alternator, changed the engine oil and oil filter after 8000 miles, installed a new oil sump low oil level sensor and gasket.

Because my state requires a front license plate I just ordered a US Millworks license plate bracket with their new quick release feature. This is the kind that uses the tow hook hole to mount the plate to the car leaving your bumper undrilled with no mounting screw holes.

http://www.usmillworks.com/porsche_f..._tow_hook.html (no affiliation, just a satisfied prior customer).

Default Wrapped my 968 exhaust header

Today I wrapped my 968 exhaust header.
Don't know, if this makes much sense, but at least it reduces underhood temparatures a bit and I like the idea .

nice wrap. I trimmed a heat shield for an automatic car to fit under the hard heater line but haven't installed it yet.

did you replace the chain with the pads? its a three handed job for sure. I used FRs write up also.
