a 94 and yet it has the full under hood plastic trim/glove storage boxes?
I thought that was only for 92's?

Nope, 92, 93, and early 94s (94s with option code 718, reVINed 93s as MY 94s) all had the underhood coverings.

Right hand drive car Ok Why is the master cylinder for the brakes not on the same side of the car as the brake pedal ?

All right hand drive transaxle models are the same from 924 to 968 ... they have a crossover bar to the master cylinder - YES A CHEAP and POOR Porsche design which represented there budget at the time of developing our cars

The old mkI Golf had the same problem, apparently you can feel the difference between the RHD and LHD braking system on the Golf.

The old mkI Golf had the same problem, apparently you can feel the difference between the RHD and LHD braking system on the Golf.
You are 100% right there mate and this POOR MANS design for our RHD cars seriously reduces brake pedal feel

I will post some close up picture of the bar which runs behind the dash on our RHD cars which again adds weight as it looks like something used in the construction of the Golden Gate Bridge!
