I bought this setup but have decided not to use it. The flywheel is a very low mileage Aasco lightweight (12.8 lbs. according to my bathroom scale) and I have the S2 harmonic balancer (crank pulley) to go with it. The pulley should be used with any lightweight flywheel; the factory did it to the other 3.0L with single mass flywheels as a way to help dampen the vibration. $550 shipped in cont U.S. for the setup.

Jason,
I sent you a pm, but here's the info:
It weighs 12.8lbs and I think it's made of aluminum. It's made by aasco motorsports and is NLA. It's not a copy of a motorsports flywheel. It uses the stock clutch disk.
The harmonic balancer is the crankshaft pulley from an S2-the S2's had that instead of a dual mass flywheel, so I was planning on using it to help cancel out the vibration from using the LWFW.
So long as you still have a 968 bellhousing, 968 torque tube and and using the 968 trigger points, this should work just fine.

Actually, my car is not using Haltech anymore. We switched over to Autronic.
On further consideration, I think I will wait on the flywheel.
I think that I'll wait and do the pressure plate and flywheel as a combination, to make sure it all works together. So, I'll wait until I need a pressure plate; and then do the project.
Steve, thanks for the quick response though!

Smokie,
I hadn't really thought about the whole LWFW issue much at all. I was considering this one, just to help out a member that was stuck with a part...and possibly saving myself some money at the same time!

Jason, I have some ideas about what clutch to use. I will speak to you in person.
