Default Won 968 Japan take a look?

Hi, I thought I posted a thread (new member) but do not see it.

i won a 968 in Japan the other night at auction. I import from Japan this is not a big deal but I am new to Porsche. I have a 996 that has been in the shop for 5 weeks lol.

93 968, service records since new in Germany so it was sold there and then continuous Japan records.

does this appear to be Wimbledon Green? I didn’t even know what that is but I was looking for cool colors with buys. Thanks for any and all info.

That is an unusual colour and not one I've seen before. Love it! Apologies though, I wouldn't know the colour name. Maybe the under-hood sticker still has the colour code you can look up.

It does look like wimbledon green. Do a search on this forum, a few WG cars have been discussed over the years.

Yes, it looks like B5 Wimbledon green with a TS light grey/black interior. Nice

The car looks great, what do you plan to do with it? Keep it or do you import to sell them?

If I owned this car, I would consider a manual transmission conversion.
