When I first bought my 94 coupe with lots of deferred maintenance needed, I pulled into the local Porsche dealers lot. 2 guys got out of their GT3's and came over to me to tell me how cool my car was!
I did not have the heart to tell them that I just paid 1/10 what their cars were worth.
It made my day!

It is a great 968.

1 of 19 Amethyst coupes
1 of 2 Amethyst coupes with the light grey/magenta interior
1 of 1 Amethyst coupes with the light grey/magenta interior in full cloth script interior.

Lots of great options including the deviated carpet.
I hope the car clears $50k. It should.

Perhaps you can only handle a few miles before that interior causes the onset of Nausea, hence the Low Miles..?

We can't all be red with black interior. What fun would that be? I'm amazed at the condition of the interior. It is very difficult to keep it looking so good.

Yeah, my comment was slightly tongue in cheek..

I think it would be near impossible to keep it so clean if you used it as a Daily..!

Maybe. It would really just require a whole lot of diligent effort. I hope that whoever buys it does use it on a regular basis. No fun seeing nice cars just get put on a shelf. Defeats the reason they were created in the first place.

In case you haven't heard, the 968 went for $64.4K! A great number for the 968 market.

The new owner paid $64.4 for this 968. Plus taxes in the state that it will be registered!

Again, great news for the 968 market.

Sorry, I meant sub 10k miles, etc. Maybe 10 with less than 10k miles?

So if you get a clear bra installed, is that part of the value of the car Jeff?

Just kidding! But I don't think the "auction fee" should be included in the sale price of the car. It's a variable.

Whoa, that was strong money. Well sold and well bought I guess.

I kinda remember paying $1600 for my 92 Cobalt 6sp coupe in marginal cond. I sold it for way more. Maybe I shoulda kept it and did a little more cleaning? Lolz.

Sean Ratts from the 928 FB page mentioned that Richard Griot bought this car.... My response was that perhaps he needs a matching cab? LOL!
