I am glad everyone is appreciating, its outstanding work for a close by place.

Suppose I wanted to take it to Porsche Classic in Germany that would be something like 50k with airplane transportation and work itself.

I am aiming to pick it up this thursday.

Supposedly the PSS10 would be installed on Saturday because there was no jack empty as they are working on a LP560 which had numerous problems one being a cabriolet roof not closing properly which ended up taking up today's effort. Hopefully tomorrow on monday they can accelerate and work on the PSS10's so I can drive it over at the weekend and take it to Michelin on early saturday morning for a RS Spec alignment.

So for the next 3 days they need to adjust the C/O (too rich), adjust ignition timing and idle adjustment.

I am starting to lose my patience.

So my lock thingie to open the wheel bolts broke. After a long day of headache and too many espresso's had the wheel removed and suspension will be installed on wednesday as tomorrow is a public holiday.

Some pics of the bilsteins.

Driving something else with speedline's to lose the thought of the 3.6 temporarily

I mean bad luck with the 3.6 progress,

Did new Carbon monoxide fuel mixture adjustment, adjusted idle all is good. Not at the pace I want. Stuck in damn traffic total 3 hours driving around like a madman finding locks between one porsche facility and the other.

Ignition timing was adjusted to +3, previously the idiots at the dealership had it at +10. C/O was very rich, brought back to conservative level.

Using Bosch CO test.

Whats left install wheels, suspension and turbo 3.6 logo. I am awaiting Cargraphic exhaust 3 more weeks to go.

I am extremely happy, its been a year since I've owned this car and now its "perfect"

It appears the stupid folks at the dealership had the timing set advanced at +12 and now its at +3 and when you shut off the engine it sounds smooth. The dealership even cant follow the book guidelines.

The car needs final detailing and then the "Turbo 3.6" logo gets installed and I pick it up tomorrow for the car to be taken to Michelin for a allignment. I opted for RS spec settings but it appears to be too low "stance nation" in my cars case. I'll get it aligned dial out the front negative camber and want some negative camber in the rear.

I might have the front raised by 1cm and the rear 2 cm.

Today the Bilstein PSS10 are installed, they look awesome there peaking out the brake discs.

Car looks great, however, in my opinion it's way too low. I would bring it up to RS ride height, then corner balance and align it.

Updated photos, incase you've missed it from another thread.

Increased the front by 1cm and the rear by 2cm.

The front will be higher with the new alignment.

I like how the rear sits.

Settings on 7 on PSS10, not sure if its the stiffest.

Will align hopefully the front will rise slightly or else further adjustment is needed.

Wow the fronts are really tucked in, I'd be curious if just an alignment would bring it significantly out in appearance. You may have to raise the car or possibly add a small spacer in the front. Car looks great though!

Agreed, rear looks good, fronts look like they might have too much negative camber?

Appointment booked in at dealership for alignment and adjusting height. I am comparing it to my slk55 AMG which has kw v3 coilovers. From tyre and fender distance two fingers both front and rear. I will try and raise the rear and front slightly for visual look and performance. I will go for rs spec alignment
