Red 965 Turbo S, Flat top in da' house
you can not own the domain www.911flatnose.com well without owning your namesake.
I always regretting selling those 3 flatnoses that i had owned...they were really nice. A good buddy who had previously sold me the white flatty said he wanted to sell his red one. He's a top collector and i bot it sight inspection unseen, same as with the white. price was well, insanely fair. i owe him big time.
car is impeccable, 17kmiles, just serviced. probably nicer than the lower mile ones i had previously. red isnt my first choice but with only 22 or so flatnoses ever made, a few wrecked, 2 of the 3 i sold out of the country...well, beggars can not be choosers.
anyway, those things are just so nice. as much as i love the 993 turbos and 993Turbo S....there is something powerfully raw about a 965, and well, a flatnose S.
anyway, i stink with the camera, but i tried. u can see some of the snaps at www.911flatnose.com
enjoy.

However, for the record, your numbers may be off. According to flachbau.com, there were a total of 76 flatnose cars, with 39 of those delivered in the US.
Maybe you are thinking of the more rare Turbo S "Package Car" of which there were only 17.
Good luck.

i just went to Mark's website. i fully stand corrected. somehow i always thought it was 39 total, 17 package, 22 flat.
like the wife says, if my head wasnt screwed on, i'd leave that behind also.
later.

Looks nice from the pictures.

Flatnose rocks! IMHO that's the only one that looks better than a 3.6...really nice and I typically not a big fan of red 964 Turbos...but I like that one! More pics...the interior pic seems more clear than the exterior.

I like, and every time I think I am over the flatnose look I see a picture and fall in love again. Beautiful and this car is certainly a keeper in my book.
Have to been to flachbau.com website yet and registered? I know Mark Smith likes to keep track of all the flatnose cars.
