    Hi Jim,

I am looking to buy a set of your custom Speedline 18" replicas for my 1990 C4 WB conversion (ala RSR) For the conversion I'm planning on keeping the NB trailing arms, using Danske steel flares and as many OEM parts as possible. My email is fishyfishfish@mac.com and my cell is 323.708.6437. I'm located in Ojai, CA. Look forward to hearing from you.

    Best,

    Chris

Jim Im a reenlister with a 993 Targa. I have the Speedline wheels. Are you still refinishing these wheels? Does the 2 piece design actually hold air pressure? I have always had a very slow leak even with new tires on one wheel. Im in San Diego but I hear you are the expert. How much does it cost ?

    Hi Jim,

I was doing a search and came across your posts about Speedlines. I wanted to take my Speedline center caps off my wheels and replace them with caps with the Porsche crest. Which factory or aftermarket caps fit the 18" Alessios'? I'm going to take the Speedlines off and rotate them with a set of 17" Ruf wheels so it would be a good time to change them out. I called the usual places and they had no clue about fitment. Thanks in advance.

thanks!!! I appreciate. I'll have to decide what I want to do. If they don't fit my car I'll just return them to him and save up to buy a set from you.

    thanks

They do appear to be in good condition assuming you like black. I did an all black set of Daytona wheels last year for a 964 narrow body car with fender flares added and they came out stunning.
Used wheel sets are really hard to value as there are surprises once purchased, so I tend to always buy as low as possible. Most used but not destroyed sets I figure are $1500 - 2500. What has happened before is guys have bought sets and then found out they needed to be resized to actually fit and need a complete restoration and when you add in that cost it is usually better to buy a set from me custom sized for your car. I do have Daytona centers and other parts necessary to build sets of wheels. My Daytona sets have a price range of $4100 - 4300 depending on exactly what I am building the set to fit. Hi Jim,
I am in the process of refinishing my 993 targa speedline wheels. I need to replace quite a number of rim bolts and nuts. I came across a few message postings indicating that you may know some sources/solutions for replacing the corrossion prone rim bolts and nuts (29 pair per wheels). Would you please let me know if there's any good suppliers for these items?
    thanks
