I'd be interested too if smelllikecurry doesn't take it. Interested in best way to weld something like this in without seem showing through paint at a later time. I know that re-skin of roof is best but very expensive.

I had this panel installed on my RS America Race Car a couple of years ago. It's possible to have it done without any signs of the panel at least from the outside if it's completed by a competent body shop.
