Didn't know it was originally a non-US car.

It was origanlly sold at the Porsche dealer in Honolulu HI in about May or June of 1991. I am not being a smart as* but why would you think it was a ROW car and not a US car?

The VIN on the frunk tag being "WP0ZZZ...". US/North American cars have other data in 4-6.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Porsche_VIN_numbers

My '91 starts WP0BB2, for example.

I have been under the impression that the vin in the frunk was always WPOZZZ the other areas a pillar sticker in the left door jam are WPOAB-- But I did just recently see a picture if a 93 that the vin in the frunk started WPOAB--
So I can see why you thought it was a ROW car maybe Cobalt will chime in he really seems to know his💩

I went to look at mine. I stand corrected and learned something new.

Close to one full year of sanding and dedication. I am SOOOO looking forward to seeing the finished project. Very few mint green 964s running around.

Well its about time. 😂

I was just thinking about your car and the progress yesterday. Thanks for the update. Looks good in primer. Gonna be spectacular in a fresh coat of mint green.

just make sure you wet down your garage before painting color in there that will greatly reduce dust going into your paint job. Looking good so far!!
