Yes, 94 models are rare. Get Adrian Streather's 964 book on Amazon to get a good overview on the production numbers. Perhaps its on Google as well.

The majority of 964's were made early in the production cycle. The later cars like 93 & 94 had fewer made. See post 2 here

You are looking for a needle in a haystack. I'd broaden my search to include all years, not that much difference and the "issues" if there were any have usually been addressed by now.

ROW = Rest of World. So you see USA numbers and ROW numbers in that spreadsheet snapshot.

And for some people, cost isn't an issue. They buy the turbo look, and then buy the turbo too if they wish.
