Congrats! Look forward to meeting you. I'm no closer, if it carries on like this September 11th will be a more memorable date for me than 9/11

This makes me so jealous. So many active 964 people on the other side of the world.

Gents, just discovered a great looking app called 'Great Driving Roads' by the makers of Total 911, seems pretty cool.

UPDATE
Look out for PMs, emails, texts, carrier pigeons from Stuart with payment instructions.

Thanks Frank,

All hotels now booked and paid for.

For those for whom I have email addresses, I have emailed you a breakdown of the cost and my bank details.

Simc964 and VR6-er, I've PM'd you both via Rennlist.

Nick, has a PM through FB.

I'll have a look at options for the drive back on Monday, I'm sure we'd all like it to be a bit more interesting than a straight drive up the motorway and we will need to sort out an hotel for the Monday night too!

It's only 4 weeks away!

Cheers

Stuart

Hi Frank,
Passenger in Nicks Restomod and sharing the driving. Hoping I don't regret leaving mine at home! Look forward to meeting you all. Sounds epic.

Simon, you'll always regret not having your car!

Nicks car is going to be a great drive, but you might not find out haha!

I've been thinking about the drive back to the UK on the
Monday.
I've come up with a couple of ideas.

1). Visit the Schlumph classic car museum in Mulhouse.
http://www.citedelautomobile.com/en
It's approx. 4.5 hrs from Megeve and 4 hrs from Reims.
We then stay in or around Reims and pay a visit to the old Grand Prix circuit either that evening or the following morning.

2). Take a slightly more direct route to Reims, stopping off in Le Brasseus Switzerland where Audermars piquet, Breguet and Patek Phillipe are based and so is the watch museum.
This is a couple of hours from Megeve and approx 5 hrs from Reims.
We xcan also visit the Old Grand Prix circuit.

3). Straight drive to Reims mostly off motorways and Visit the Old GP circuit!

Any ideas, thoughts from you guys will help me sort this out, and I'll get the last hotel booked.

Cheers
Stuart

Hi Stuart

Happy to go with the flow but #3 probably floats my boat the most.

I'll go with what Stuart wants to do

But 3 seems a bit of a shame considering we're so close to many wonderful things...
