I've now sorted out the hotel for the Friday night in Annecy.
I've reserved 8 twin rooms until Wednesday this week.
Confirmation and Deposits need to be made by this coming Wednesday.
Cost per twin room will £59 if paid early, this will increase to £90 if we leave it much longer.

Thanks 964TT, we still have until September to get the cars ready, but the hotels are getting booked up quickly! I have rooms reserved at 3 x hotels but they will only hold them for a short period without me making a booking and giving Card details.
As long as we have a good idea of numbers we'll be Ok.

Probably the easiest way is to make the payment to me and I'll pay the hotel's.
I'll work out the figures and post them up.
Is everyone happy with this?
Alternative is that I post the contact details of each hotel and everyone calls each hotel and pays directly.
