That's a pretty fair price for what appears to be a very nice car. Correct me if I am wrong and please understand its not a knock, but I believe they have had this car for sale there for quite some time? IIRC it was priced a lot higher last year. If someone is looking for a well sorted track oriented RSA that car looks like a gem and at an attractive price.
Not sure about this, but HM did have another red RS-A last year, but it had more miles (~75k or so) and fully track prepped. The ask then was about $75k.

There are underlying reasons for this sale and it is IMO priced more than fairly for a quick sale. It hurts me to see it for sale I have known it all these years. The owner of the car was one of my first DE instructors back in the early 80's. I have never seen anyone have more respect and take better care of a car.

This is not the same car. The prior red RSA was owned by a rennlist member who raced it extensively. The original tail from that car is on my C2.

I agree....my opinion is the current price is very fair for the car currently listed by HM.

This car is owned by a friend of mine and offered by another friend. Owner is a 60 year PCA member and prior PCA national president who literally started DE and Club racing as we know it.
A visually stunning example well cared for car. I don't know all of its particulars other than it looks great and has won some concours events.

How does one live with a car like this without A/C? I am not going to win any races with it and if I want to be a hero, I'll just put on my cape and leap tall buildings in a single bound.

Hey guys, was debating earlier in this thread whether to sell and these past few months, but its time for me. I'm just too deep into the motorbike scene and don't use the car. Its only done 700 miles in the past two years, thats very unusual for me. Hope another rennlist member can enjoy it like I did. Was a pleasure being part of this community, the car has taught me a great amount, and owning it would not have been possible without the knowledge and good people on here.

original was listed with an asking offer of 40k; he was offered 38k by the dealership.
