Yep it's a good car Ivan, I looked at it in the flesh a few weeks ago

That tank in the front is poss for the charge cooler(intercooler) to keep temps down for the turbo had one in a Rs 500,years ago so you can run higher boost but mainly to keep it cool so you don't blow it up!!

Or it's for the washers as he has a lot of flies where he lives

Fuch, I think you're right, there is no rear intercooler as would be normal, so unless it's under the front bumper, that must be it.
Henrik's super charged 964 at Spa had a similar tank, but it was bigger than this one.
If it was closer to me, I'd go have a nosey!

Default Whatsup??

Hey, what is the engine mod in this car??? I've always wanted to possibly turbo my car, but loathed the "add-on" whale tail (or??) whatever stuff that was different than stock engine lid. Is it possible to do this to my car ('91 964Cab), AND would it pass California emissions, and about what would it cost?? Thanx for resp.!!

Tom, those 5 spokes won't be any good for your car!

I'd take the BBS's if I were you!

Tom, not everyone is liking your color of choice!

I was looking at an add of a 964 and it was only two owners and about 1100000 km and really in a good condition.
But it did NOT state a respray or why this might have been done.....so to my big suprise when I looked into the engine bay!

It was a respray over your cool color that you are doing your project in :-)

By the way when do we see more new photos ?

Couldn't even paint the whole hinges black. Bet that looks a nice job up close lol

No more progress on mine at the moment doing 14 hour days on customers cars.
4 of them are 964s though so it's not all bad.
