When I started watching this video and heard them mention "freezing cold" I thought "that's perfect for the 964 since the heat exchangers = instant toasty heat" then later Mike mentions the HVAC not working then later you can see how Larry has deleted the rear blower and not substituted a rear blower delete pipe, therefore the car truly has no heat. That's gotta be brutal in freezing temps!

It looks like Larry is also struggling with broken clipping points on the center console controls. Not sure about his self-tapping screw solution. Someone needs to send Larry a link to **this thread**.

The last couple of minutes are soo true about these cars going up in value. 2013 has been the year of 964 Features in online article everywhere. Whether it's a Singer car, or Larry's car, or some Petrolicious article, or some Rauh Welt article, or some Rotiform write-up of Brian's car, the 964 has had a spotlight put on it this year and the prices are reflecting that.

Nice colour combo of black against the bronze/gold rims.

I agree, have been thinking of doing the same on mine, it's Guards Red, and also thought of doing the same for the fan and valve covers.

Any thoughts?

I'm so glad I bought mine early this year, he's not kidding about the prices climbing.
Larry if you're readig this, fix that smile, it kills me that the car is so detailed and the smile is so jacked

Blew it with the differential bias control though.

I'd say it's more of a frown than a smile.

Larry's videos are great. Especially the ones featuring his 964. I tried his leather cleaning trick this weekend. He suggests using a small makeup/or paintbrush to agitate the leather cleaner. Holy smokes did it work well. Scary when I thought my driver's seat was clean. Eww.

So great seeing our cars appear in popular media. Truly a growing audience.

Musto should have given it some twisty B road action though.

It didn't look to me that Mike M knows what to say about the car. Nothing about the dynamics, or about even the driving impression. I am glad to see more interest in these cars, but it seems to me that car commenters vary in skill. I'd rather listen to Chris Harris.

Absolutely. But quite frankly I'm not that bothered - just happy to see the 964 popularised.

There should be a new DRIVE video featuring Larry's 964 coming out soon.

According to Facebook, he recently had the motor rebuilt by SpeedSport Tuning.

There's some pics on their Facebook page.

Will give more interest in the car (/Drive is hugely popular)

But anyway the coupe are almost impossible to find at a decent price anymore... 1990, 100k+ miles and even c4 are now fetching close to $40k and selling quick.
