Not at all, I could clearly see that your comments were genuine.

The labour rates in my business include, the employees time, overheads such as insurance, business rates, taxes, etc. and of course profit, which is not a dirty word.
I think it is fair to assume that all workshop labour charges include a contribution to the cost of business overheads including rent, rates, insurance and wages.

Thank you for your understanding & confidence.

No need to clarify, but it is appreciated. Have a great weekend!

Flywheel, corrected to DIN standards.

Here you go, I knew I had these somewhere.

The first dyno plot is is the before/after dyno curve from a 964RS. The before is as the RS arrived with a third party Motec conversion. The after is the same car with the full 9m Motec package upgrade and mapping.

The second example is a photo from the dyno monitor & the car on the dyno. The plots show the results from a series of comparative tests on this 964RS which we did to prove to the customer why his money had been badly spent elsewhere:
Red: stock 964RS ecu (not remapped) with standard flap meter. 275hp
Green: MAF conversion with ecu remap. 306hp
Pink: 3rd party Motec conversion (as the car arrived with) which replaced the pre-existing MAF system. 293hp
Blue: First pull of 9m Motec package with 9m start map. 313hp

As the car arrived it would not start from cold, would not idle and had very poor driveability. We offered to reinstate the MAF set up for the owner but in the end he chose to have the 9m Motec package installed fully because the MAF system had poor idle performance as well.
