It appears you have done an excellent job ruining the aesthetics of your car!

Does this stuff peel off? It's not my cup of tea but glad you are having fun with your car.

Plastidip peels off very easily if you put enough coats on, but overall its totally reversible.

I think you did a great job on the wheels. The first time I tried plastidipping something on my friends car it was a massive fail.

However, I think the mirrors don't fully go that well. I think the different color side-view mirror look is best pulled off by the small cup racing ones.

Also, the side skirt seems kinda 'heavy'. But might as well drive around with it for a while considering all the time it took.

Don't worry guys, I wouldn't have done it unless it was completely reversible

I did NOT like it at first, I thought about immediately taking it off, but it definitely grew on me a bit, ill probably leave it on there another month or two and take it off.. I think it makes the car look much more aggressive.

Best part:

Total cost- $12

To me it's the same as putting the Carrera letters on the side of your car, or crazy colored wheels ala some of the rs cars. Im glad I did it as an experiment, I was planning on doing only the wheels (they were scratched and curb rashed like you wouldnt believe) but then I just went all out and did the mirror and all. I spent maybe two hours total. I can peel it all off in one piece if I wish to do so

Keep the wheels, lose the rockers and mirrors. Looks like you got in an accident and can't afford to paint your replacement body panels - JMO.

I like the black D90s. I haven't taken a brush to my rims in the past six month, only a quick spray with the hose...think of all the time I've saved!

Maybe remove the Plastidip from the rockers, and spray the headlight rings?

This stuff is also great protection for track days or long road trips...arrive and peal it off to perfect paint underneath.

Love the wheels and the rockers not sure about the mirrors, but if you like it that's all the matters and it only cost you $12 is the best part

I have been thinking of getting some colored plastidip and doing the wheels in a bright color.

I think your car looks great! I have an old set of Cup 1s that I'm using for track wheels. Rather than spend the $ on powder coating I plastidipped them black. I received lots of compliments at the DE.

For $12 you really can't go wrong just to try
