Here's a weight worth knowing ... 964-diy-aircon-bracket-delete
We need pics from you on some of these things ... Like extra washer pipes etc...
Did you see the tunnel cover and pump cover Robt made in CF? very neat.
Can't believe you're running without a tunnel cover LoL
Oh and Alan looks South African (once upon a time), no?

a bit more today, nothing exciting but every little bit helps
0.110kg trim, sound deadening and carpet at the base of A-pillar
0.302kg pair of steel flanges at the base of the B-pillar
0.120kg bonnet slam panel plastic cover
0.012kg pair of plastic pop-riveted brackets under bonnet slam panel

I noticed on ROB964's excellent thread my car has the righthand exhaust muffler missing, does anyone have a weight for this???

1. look below when you are posting - there's an attach files/manage attachments button?
.click that
.select files (must be lower qual exports (ie 100-500kb) of your main pics which tend to be too big and too hi qula (ie 2mb) - I do this using googles free pic app called picasa - just export the ones you want to post with max size 800 etc..
.upload file and then close manage attach window when promoted
.done

time to try this one!

Three Wheelin'
I think we owners of 964 should all do a demonstration in front of Porsche head office for all the bloody weight they left on our cars....
And ask for a recall....
If we fail there is alway this solution....humm....(.courtesy of a UK rennlister)

Cheers Jev, I can almost hear the groans of disappointment with the state of my car
This is not going well, spent an hour changing settings in the Privacy and Sharing sections of Flickr and still can't get it to work

A good day today, removed some more stuff and think my car now weighs in lighter than an RS
Got a few more jobs to finish up tomorrow so will wait and post up the last batch of part weights then.
