Interested to hear what you might do with the G50-05.
Input shaft and sliders, gears and LSD - all stock? Or are you beefing up?
Same question with the axles and/or CV joints.

i have a g50 05 and a g5052 turbo trans. the g50 05 is plenty strong so keeping its taller ring and pinion, but taking the turbos 2nd thru 5th gears/taller ratios. gt3 lsd, rem coat internals, cryo internals, hd billet side plate for tq load thrusts, steel syncros, so on. yes very much modding the g50. stock axles and cv's for the moment. after i recoupe from the initial build costs i likely will address those next. i am older and wiser now tho, and i dont launch the car. i just drive it and get spirited occassionally. not sure i would destroy alot of items. but who knows...yet. lol

It only dynoed at 360hp, was a serious let down and spent some serious cash building it. in comparison for the 25grand it cost, i could have purchased a g5052 and a ls3 motor for the same money and had better reliability.

the 964 motor that was in the car was a very nice motor. it had cams, cai, headers, and a tune. but it wasnt as gutsy as my friends $14,000.00 c5 corvette. dont shoot me just yet lol... i know mentioning a vette here wont win me points, but $ per fun factor was what i was looking for.
