Is PSS10 or KW Clubsport suspension better?

As Steve says, not much between the PSS10 or the KW, both have their advantages and disadvantages. My perception is that the Bilsteins might have slightly better quality control over internal parts but this is more than outweighed by the external corrosion issues we have seen all too often. The 10 and the V3 are fast road packages, think something like 75% road & 25% track bias, whereas the KW Clubsport is a track package suitable for 25% road and 75% track much like a 964RS factory spring & damper set up. For 90% of customers the V3 is the perfect compromise but for those looking for something more track focussed I always recommend the Clubsport kit.

+1 on the corrosion. My Bilsteins have only been on a few years and they look like (s)crap. Glad to hear that this is a well known issue. They still work fine, but this may help the OP's decision if those mountains wear any salt in the winter.

Is it a lot harder to set up the KW suspensions with 14 rebound and 14 dampening settings?
It sounds a lot easier to twist a ring and move the PSS10 from 5/7 for the mountains to 7/9 for the track. Is it a lot harder to dial in the settings?

I'm one for the simple life and the Bilsteins have served me well to date.the ride on the road is exceptionally good and at the track the setup is decent ( though I question if I should have stiffer anti roll bars). Best of luck with your choice.

Three Wheelin'
This was the principal reason I chose the PSS10 set up. I can arrive at a track, turn 4 little wheels which are all relatively accessible and get on with driving. Though I have never seen the adjusters for the KW I was informed these require significantly more work to get to the adjusters.

V1 = no adjustment
V2 = one adjustment
I had V3 on my wife's TT and after I set them they never got touched, so for my 964 that is a street car I went with V1s.

With KWV3:
Front rebound - takes seconds to adjust via allen key on top of strut after you lift the hood.
Rear rebound - is a PIA because although access is at the top of the strut in the engine bay, the air box and blower are in the way (if you have a cone filter and a blower bypass it would be easy).
Front and rear bump - pretty quick. You access the bottom of the strut but need to jack the car up to be able to see what you're doing.
I tend to set mine for track before leaving home and then tweak if necessary when at the track. Altering bump seems to have most effect on understeer/oversteer One click either way makes quite a difference.

I do know the v1s are running the same spring rates as the v3s. KW did a great job setting up the valving, comparing them to the v3s on my wife's car I would say they are tuned around the middle.

RS ride height or lower is achievable with the KW's. The V1 damping is an optimised V3 but obviously without the adjusters, as Superuser says the spring rates are also the same.
